Who we are
We are the Australian Reward Investment Alliance (ARIA).
Our purpose is to help past, present and future Australian Government employees and their families make the most of their financial future.
We do this through the disciplined and active investment of our Schemes (the PSS, CSS and PSSap) through a pooled investment trust (the ARIA Investment Trust). We aim for consistently good returns at a low cost through disciplined investment frameworks.
We also provide information and general advice to help members develop the knowledge and skills they want to manage their super confidently. We aim to make being informed easy by bringing information to members at their place of work, through educational workshops, individual consultations, online services, phone and email plus a range of support services for their employers.
Strong foundations
Our Schemes are set up solely to meet the superannuation needs of Australian Government employees.
Our organisation represents over 30 years experience, which means we understand members’ employment conditions and share their dedication to the value of community.
We are appointed by the Australian Government to ‘maximise members’ benefits’ and ‘act in members’ best interests’ – responsibilities which are protected by law.
Management of our business is aligned with Australian Government best-practice corporate governance principles.

Our logo uses the seven points of the Federation Star to illustrate our members’ super lifecycle – we will be with them from small beginnings through growth to retirement.

- manage and invest the Fund to maximise benefits to members (Superannuation Acts of 1976, 1990 and 2005); and
- act in members’ best interest (SIS Act 1993).
